Daily Nanny (Live Out Nanny): Trusted Childcare in the Comfort of Your Home

A Daily Nanny, also known as a Live Out Nanny, provides dedicated childcare services in your own home. At Absolute Childcare, we recognise the significance of finding the perfect Nanny to care for your child or children while you're away.

Primary Responsibilities

A Daily Nanny's primary focus is to provide comprehensive care for your child or children in your absence. They ensure your little ones' needs are met with love, happiness, and security, fostering their learning and development. While a Nanny can never replace a parent's love, they offer invaluable support when parents cannot be present.

Working Hours

A Daily Nanny typically works for 10-12 hours per day, offering flexible hours to suit your family's needs. Although Nannies usually start around 7/8 am and finish at 6/7 pm, the schedule can be adjusted to accommodate your convenience.

Full-Time Hours and Salary Expectations

Most experienced Nannies prefer full-time positions, seeking a minimum of 4 to 5 days per week, with 4 days being the most popular option.

In London, the average hourly rate for a full-time Daily Nanny ranges from £18-25 gross per hour. The rate may vary based on the number of hours required (less hours may attract a higher hourly rate) and the Nanny's qualifications, experience, and references.
