Consultancy
With over 25 years of experience in nanny recruitment, our consultants offer personalized and invaluable advice to meet your specific needs. We'll guide you through prevailing market rates, discuss expected nanny duties, and empower you to make informed decisions.
Vetting
Your chosen nanny undergoes rigorous vetting, including comprehensive verbal reference checks and meticulous document verification. Rest assured, our checks confirm their eligibility to work in the UK, and we verify essential certifications, such as an enhanced DBS certificate and Paediatric first aid training.
Advertising and Networking
Our proactive approach involves crafting captivating job advertisements and promoting them across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and specialized job sites. Our extensive network of nannies, housekeepers, and maternity nurses ensures we source exceptional candidates.
Negotiation
and Offer
Our team of experts skilfully handles salary and contract negotiations. We'll provide you with a tailored employment contract, meticulously crafted by our HR department, ensuring your complete peace of mind.
Thorough Filtering
To save your time and effort, we meticulously screen and evaluate numerous applications for each vacancy. We conduct in-depth interviews and select only the most highly skilled and professional candidates who closely align with your requirements.
Payroll Support
To keep you up to date with employment legislation and legal requirements, we offer comprehensive Payroll set up and Support, ensuring a hassle-free employment experience.
Interviews and Trial Periods
We efficiently manage the interview process, arranging first and second interviews, and coordinating trial periods on your behalf. Additionally, we provide valuable feedback to ensure a smooth decision-making process.
Ongoing Support
Our commitment extends beyond the placement. We establish and maintain a long-term relationship with you, offering continuous support throughout the nanny's employment tenure.

Permanent Placement Fee
A permanent position is defined as any role lasting over eight weeks.
Payment Terms
We strive to provide convenience and flexibility for our clients. Payment for our services is due within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept payments through BACS and cash.
Minimum Fee
We charge a minimum fee of £1,500 for any permanent placement. This ensures that you receive top-notch service, regardless of the specific requirements of your position.
Guarantee Period
We stand by the quality of our placements and understand the importance of a successful match. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide an 8-week guarantee period. In rare cases where things don't work out during this period, we offer a free replacement
Loyalty Discount
We deeply appreciate our returning clients and believe in rewarding their trust. As a token of our gratitude, we offer a 10% loyalty discount to clients who return to us for additional placements.
