Absolute Childcare’s nanny recruitment process supports families across Richmond, Surrey, London and internationally.

Our role is to guide you from your first conversation through to a confident, carefully matched placement, handling the details so you can focus on what matters most, your family and your day-to-day life.

Our approach is personal and hands-on, with Sandy guiding you directly at every stage.

Using our network and experience, we identify experienced nannies and private household staff who meet your specific brief.

Each candidate is personally screened and interviewed by Absolute Childcare before their details are introduced to you. In a competitive market, this enables us to move efficiently while still maintaining high standards at the initial stage.

We only ever shortlist candidates we would feel confident placing in our own homes.

Peace of mind as standard

There is no fee unless we make a successful placement.

​

For additional reassurance, we offer an eight-week replacement guarantee. In the unlikely event that a placement does not work out, we will carry out a replacement search at no extra cost.

Much of our work comes through returning families and personal recommendations, something we see as the greatest sign of trust.
