Finding the perfect nanny for your children is a personal and significant decision.

As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of ensuring your children's safety and happiness. Rest assured, we handle all aspects of the recruitment process to make it seamless and stress-free for you.

Step 1: Preparation and Open Communication

Before the interviews, take time to envision your children's ideal day and what qualities you desire in a nanny. During the interviews, we encourage open communication so you can express your expectations and what's important to you. We'll also ask the nannies to share their experiences and preferences.

Step 2: Scheduled Interviews

Our agency will schedule all interviews between you and potential nannies. The initial interviews will ideally be held without your children present to focus on getting to know each other and determining compatibility. You'll have the opportunity to discuss the role, your children, and expectations. Matters like contracts, holidays, and pay will be addressed later with the selected nanny.

Step 3: Second Interviews and Trial Periods

For the next round, we'll arrange second interviews, during which you can address any additional questions you might have missed earlier. This is also the time to introduce the nanny to your children, allowing them to spend quality time together. For trial periods, please compensate the nanny for their time.

Step 4: Offer and Contract Assistance

When you find the ideal match, you can extend an offer pending contract and references. Our agency will work with you to finalise the employment contract, covering details like salary, working hours, days, and the start date.

Step 5: References and Feedback

If you also wish to check references, our agency can provide contact details. Please remember that contacting previous employers for references should be done only if you are genuinely considering offering the role.

We appreciate receiving your feedback on each interview, and we'll also share feedback from the nanny to ensure it's a mutual process.

Final Thoughts

Throughout this process, all communication with the nanny will be conducted through our agency unless otherwise permitted. We aim to make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for both you and the nannies.
